We are extremely proud of the 2001-2002 catalog and we are very excited about our new venture. The site features a variety of information about us and our products. In 1994, the specialty food line began with pickled garlic and flavored vinegars. It began in 1992 with Gary and Clara Price doing Farmers Market as a hobby. They have now remodeled the old barn so it serves as our catalog-packing center. North Dakotans are proud of their work ethic and their roots, that is evident in every product in the catalog.
We have combined our two websites, dakotagardensandherbs.com and ndgifts.com, to make a more efficent site for you, our customers. On any given day you can find the family hard at work packing gift baskets and processing jalapeno jelly. Our family purchased Gifts Dakota Style in 2001 from Deb Lee and Kay Eagleson from Jamestown. All products are processed in a licensed kitchen on our family farm north of Minot, ND. This family operation includes Gary and Clara Price, Rosie Knoepfle, Darwin, Melissa, Emily and Justin Maasjo, and Sandi Widdel. Gifts Dakota Style and Dakota Garden & Herbs are both family owned Businesses spanning four generations.
